The Technical Office of the Western Costa del Sol Town Council Association offers solutions for development, better quality and territorial planning in the 11 townships through the management of provincial works and services. The Association’s authorities are aware of the importance of urban development today in the area. Accordingly, it helps members for the achievement of adequate urban planning and management.
For a thorough follow-up of all the works and construction projects under way, the Association offers member towns consultancy, control and inspection services, which are provided by the team at the Technical Office.
Regarding urban planning, the architects and engineers in the team work every day to come up with practical solutions for all the townships in the Association. They can make interventions at a given project stage or, if necessary, they can lead small- and large-scale projects.
